James was born on August 22, 1964 the son of the James and Brenda Horne. Jimmy loved to travel. He traveled for most of his adult life with the carnivals. He always loved putting a smile on the little ones faces. In addition he had a love for hunting, fishing and camping with his family and friends.
James is survived by his children, Audrea May, James Horne, III, Jessica Decker, siblings; Michael Horne, Edward Horne, Jason Horne, Kathrine Roberts, 9 grandchildren.
A Memorial will be held on Sat. May 6th at 3pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Calling hours will be held from 1-3pm at the funeral home.
In leu of flowers a donation can be made to the family to help with the unexpected funeral expenses c/o Brenda Horne-Office 5000 Oak Crest Courtyard, Syracuse, NY, 13219
