Emma M. Sherman Warner, 96 of Mottville, NY, passed away peacefully at Auburn Nursing Home. Emma was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading, square dancing, camping and gardening. She was famous for her baked beans, chocolate cakes and macaroni salads. Emma was a long-time member of St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, Mottville.
She is survived by four sons, Bruce (Dolores) Sherman, Garry (Aileen) Sherman, Perry (Ann) Warner and Steven (Jeri) Eddicus; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sisters, Aileen (Karl) Eldredge and Beatrice Packard; daughter-in-law, Diane Sherman; sister-in-laws, Helen and Joan Chapman and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by husbands, John W. Sherman Jr. and Earl E. Warner; sons, Dale, Dana and Terrance Sherman.
Memorial Service will take place on April 22nd 1PM at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, 4264 Jordan Road, Mottville, NY 13152. Burial will follow at Mottville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church.
