Kenneth J. Berry, 65, of Pennellville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday. Kenneth served on the USS Intrepid in the US Navy until it was decommissioned in 1973. He retired from Oberdorefer LLC after 17 years of service. Kenneth enjoyed trips to the Phoenix Locks and watching the boats go by.

Kenneth was predeceased by his parents, Warren and Lois Berry.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Cynthia; children, Rebecca (Robert) Byrns, Jilian Berry and Keygan (Adrienne) Berry; grandchildren, Robert Byrns, Bryan Byrns, Bryce Byrns and Hailey Berry; one great-grandchild, Robert Byrns; siblings, Barbara Palmier, Warren “Chuck” (Sandy) Berry, Suzanne (Gary) VanDoren and Kevin Berry; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse with military honors to follow at 7PM.
