Rose Marie Decaire, 89, of Canastota, NY, passed away May 7th, 2017. Born June 30th, 1927 in Oswego, NY, she was predeceased by her parents, Stephen Dasaro and Josephine (Cira) Dasaro; her husband, John W. Decaire and Grandson, Edwin Buda.

She is survived by daughter, Denise Buda and her husband Joseph of Canastota; daughter, Michele Decaire of Cicero; son, Stephen Decaire and wife Barbara of Buffalo; stepson, David Decaire and wife Karen of Oswego and sister, Bernadette Hall of Baldwinsville. She was grandmother to Dawn, John, Brandon, Katie, and Kendall, and great grandmother to Brandon.

Rose was a devoted and loving wife and Mother. Rose loved cooking her famous spaghetti and meatballs and spending time with her family. Rose was known for her feisty nature and good sense of humor. She will missed by all that knew and loved her.

Calling hours will be Thursday, May 11th 10:30AM-12PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse with a service to follow at 12PM. Burial will follow in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
