Ruth R. Metzger, 86, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Sunday. Ruth was a devoted mother and grandmother. She worked in the banking industry for her entire career. She was an avid bowler and SU fan.
She was predeceased by her sister, Lois and brothers, Robert and Steven, all of Carthage, NY.
Ruth is survived by her children, Douglas and Russell Metzger of Syracuse; grandchildren, Amber and Brian Metzger, Brandi Lynn Grosso, all of Syracuse; one great-grandchild; brother, Richard Russell of Ohio; step-sister, Willamina Russell of Carthage, NY and several nieces, nephews and friends.
No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
