Kathleen M. (Boland) Houde, 80, of Clay, passed away on Wednesday. Kathy was a longtime resident of Brewerton. She retired from Crouse-Hinds after 20 years of employment.

Kathy enjoyed spending her summers at her residence in Clayton, NY. She was a beloved great-grandmother to her 18 great-grandchildren who all knew her as “Gigi”.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents, James and Eva Boland; ex-husband, William T. Houde her daughter, Lynne Dusharm and several brothers and sisters.

Kathy is survived by her three sons, David (Sharon) Houde, Duane “Wayne” (Cathy) Houde and William D. (Barbara) Houde of Louisiana; son-in-law, Steve Dusharm; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Monday 4-8PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse with a service to follow at 8PM.

Burial will be private for close friends and family in Greenlawn Cemetery.
