Howard J. "Buzz" McKeever
1942 - 2017
Buzz was raised in Brewerton NY, and attended Paul V Moore High School.
He was a member of the Brewerton Fire Dept. for many years. He loved his
work as a financial advisor with IBN Financial and received numerous awards for his service and accomplishments.
Buzz enjoyed donating his time to various charities, meeting new people, new adventures and had an avid interest in learning new things. Buzz and LaNita were avid motorcyclists and enjoyed many adventurous journeys.
Buzz was a loving and devoted husband, father and friend. He enjoyed being a part of LaNita’s large family who loved him very much. He will be remembered with love and missed very much.
Buzz is survived by his loving wife, LaNita J. McKeever; daughters, Lisa (Benjamin) Thompson and Joanne (Theodore) Plantz; stepchildren, Kris Krohn, Todd Black and Monica Willoughby.
He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond “Mack” and Barbara McKeever, sister, Kathleen
Sellers and stepson, Troy Black.
Visitation will take place Saturday, 10 AM – 12 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will follow. Burial to take place in North Syracuse Cemetery.
