Thomas R. Pohlchuck, 74, of Clay, passed away on Sunday after an illness.
He was predeceased by his brothers, Andrew, George and Ted Pohlchuck and a sister, Irene Boryk.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Kathleen; son, Brian T. (Shea Henderson) Pohlchuck; sister, Dorothy (Joe) Smorowsky; brother, Kenneth (Joanne) Pohlchuck and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial talk will be held on Saturday, June 24th 11AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, NY 13212.
