1955 - 2017

Deborah A. Zimpfer, 61, of Westvale passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017 at her home in Westvale, surrounded by her loving family. A native of Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Jennie Carbone.

She was a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School and attended Onondaga Community College. For the last 20 years she worked at National Church Residences as a property manager and Regional director, devoting herself to providing a life of dignity and security to the elderly.

Her friends and family will remember her for her love, her loyalty, and her spirit.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; daughter, Jacqueline (Shane) Taro; grandsons, Julian and Liam; sister, Angela Storinge; brothers, Robert and Kenneth Carbone; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place Thursday, 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral mass will be held Friday, 9 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero, NY. Burial will be private.
