Patricia Smith, 78, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully with family by her side on December 1, 2017. Patricia was born in Syracuse, New York on February 8, 1939 to the late Edward and Marjorie Pfohl.

She enjoyed reading her books and spending time with her beloved family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, David B. Smith, son-in-law, Thomas Shannon and Great Grandchild, Baby David Smith .

She is survived by her Two Daughters, Debra Shannon and Sheri Tulip; Two Sons, Michael Smith and Kenneth Smith; Eight Grandchildren, Heather, KayCee, Jason, Michael, Kassandra, Mary, Stevie Rae, Corrie Ann; Two Great Grandchildren, Kaley, Brinley and expected Great Grandchild, Baby Girl Shannon;

Visitation will take place Monday, December 4th from 4-7 PM, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday at 10 AM at the funeral home. Burial to take place in Woodlawn Cemetery immediately following services.
