She was born in Ulysses, PA and was a decendent of Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Women's Rights Activist. She retired from the US Postal Service after over 20 years of service.
Beatrice is survived by her husband Aubrey Dumars, son James (Donna) Toscano, daughter Carolyn (John) Toscano Mangicaro, 3 grandchildren: Lisa, James Jr., & Gianna.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services will be held on Friday 10am at the funeral home.
