Jean B. Ford, 91 of Auburn passed away peacefully on February 8, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on March 4, 1926 in Potsdam, NY, the daughter of Eugene and Lois Hill Beyor. In her early years she worked as an LPN until choosing to dedicate her life to caring for her family. Jean enjoyed painting, bowling and golf, playing cards and games with her family and doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles. She was involved with the United Methodist women and enjoyed her Monday morning Bible study group.
She is survived by her three children, Robert (Ethel) Ford of LaFayette, Donna Gilfus (Dave Salato) of Union Springs and Bonnie Ford of Auburn. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Chris Jorgensen, Rhonda Schultz, Randy Ford, Benjamin, Scott, Danielle, Joshua, Aaron and Sarah Gilfus and four Great-Grand children CJ and Jack Jorgensen, Jayla Reyes, and Rylee Schultz. She is also survived by her sister in law Hilda Beyor and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her husband Donald F. Ford, Great-Grandson Owen Schultz, sister Patricia Redmond, two brothers, Bernard and Lawrence Beyor and a niece, Linda Beyor.
Memorial Service will take place at a later date.
