Mary Trinca passed away on March 22, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born March 2, 1931 in Auburn, NY to Frances and Nicolas Giannettino and married Saverio.

Trinca, her best friend, on May 14, 1949 . Being an Army wife, she was able to travel with her husband and 5 children and see the world abroad. She was a member of Holy Family Church in Camillus and a devout Turning Stone attendee. Some of Mary’s favorite hobbies included finding the hottest penny machine at the casino, spending her husband’s money and getting the best deal at the local Bon-Ton.

She is survived by her husband, Saverio as well as her daughters and spouses Lorraine and George Grecco, Charmaine Simmons, Denise Procopio and Billy Vito, Renee and Dennis Greco; son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Jeanne Trinca; grandchildren Michelle Catarisano and Christopher Musengo, Amanda Silino and McKenzie Connors, Dominique Cassano and Frank Procopio, Danielle Leubner and Nicole White, Joseph and Matthew Trinca all from the Syracuse area; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Bernadette Restey and Dolly Trinca and many nieces and nephews.

A Catholic funeral mass will be on Tuesday at 12:30PM at Holy Family Church in Camillus with burial to follow at Onondaga Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
