Kenneth Schwarz, 88, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully on April 2nd.

Kenneth graduated from Nottingham High School and was enrolled in Syracuse University when the Korean War broke out. He chose to enlist in the U.S. Air Force and served from 1950-1954 as as weather operator and a gunner on a B-36. After leaving the Air Force, he was a Maintainer on a can line at the Continental Can Company until his retirement. He later worked for the NYS Thruway as a Toll Collector.

Kenneth is survived by his 3 children, Suzanne, Donna and Ramon; 4 grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Kristen and Leslie; 4 great-grandchildren, Ryker, Lennyn, Juliette and Angelina; 3 siblings, Ronald (Mary Anne), Carole and Carlton and several nieces and nephews.

Services were private for the family. Contributions may be made in his name to the Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave, Syracuse, NY 13208.
