Cynthia was born on February 1, 1951, in North Adams, MA, to David and Carolyn Scott.
She worked as a Machine Operator for Arcom Lab in Syracuse.
She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Scott; sons, Chris Scott and Charles Scott; daughter, Carrie Scott; grandchild, Katelyn Scott; brother, Bryan Scott; sisters, Pamela Maynard, Nancy Blair and Susan DeRose; Nieces Aubrianna and April Crews.
She is predeceased by her father, David Scott.
