Pamela D. McPherson , 57, of Liverpool, transitioned to heaven Thursday June 14, 2018 with loving family by her side. Pamela was born on February 25, 1961, the daughter of C. Robert and Marydee Ames.

Pamela was predeceased by her father C. Robert Ames, mother in-in-law Mary McPherson. She is survived by her mother, Marydee Ames. Devoted husband, Daryl. Children; Carlton, Serena, Ashley, Jasmine & Nicholas McPherson. Father- in-law, Leroy McPherson. Granddaughter, Autumn McPherson. Brother, Chuck (Karen) Ames. Brother- in- law Calvin (Eloise) McPherson. Sister- in- law Cynthia (Patrick) Stanley. Nephews; Jeff Ames, PJ Stanley. Nieces; Caleigh Ames, LeAnne Stanley. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Golden retriever, Bailey.

After graduation from Marcellus High School Pamela studied at Bryant and Stratton Business Institute. While briefly employed at Empire Vision Centers in 1988 she met the man destined to become the love of her life. Pamela worked in customer service at National Grid from 1989 until her retirement. Fate intervened, paths crossed, and Pamela found her true love, Daryl, uniting them in marriage June 27, 1992. She loved and adored all five of her children, greatly cherishing her granddaughter. She was a member of Abundant Life Christian Center in East Syracuse, NY. Pamela’s sweet, caring spirit will be missed.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday June 21st from 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services to follow at 6pm at the funeral home.
