William "Deacon" Dunn, 63, of Syracuse, passed away June 24, 2018. William was born in Syracuse, New York on November 24, 1954 to William Dunn Sr. and June Mcleod. In his free time he enjoyed playing guitar, and was an excellent artist. He was predeceased by his mother, June Mcleod; a brother Daniel Dunn; and is survived by his wife of 20+ years, Barbara Dunn; his father, William Dunn Sr.; two daughters, Danielle Thomas, and Jen Sodersberg-Straub; sisters, Rena,Patty, and Betty-Jean; brothers, Vincent, David, and Jimmy. Family and friends may call on Thursday, from 2pm-3pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY 13212.
