Jane I. (Abend-Studer) Scarselletta, 90, of East Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Sunday with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Dr. Raymond and Blanche Abend. She was a retired Dental Hygienist. She was a member of Syr. Botanical Soc, Manlius Herb Soc, Council of Park Friends, Red Cross and the Natural Foods Association.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Red Studer and Mario Scarselletta, two sons, David and Bernard Studer.
Jane is survived by her daughters, Judy(Vince) Catalfino of Liverpool, Mary Anne Studer of N. Syracuse, Catherine Studer of Clay; sons, John (Peggy) Studer of Mattydale and Mark Studer of E. Syracuse; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren;
Services will be Thursday 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, Dewitt. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Parkinson’s Association.
