Dorothy Schiavone Sardo, 86, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday. She retired from the Onondaga County Clerks office. She is predeceased by her husband, Alfonso J. Sardo
She is survived by her son, Joseph (Rosemary) Sardo; her daughter, Donna (Kevin) Brennan; a brother, John Schiavone; half sister, Rosemarie Eisenberg; 5 grandchildren, Joseph II, Marc, Kevin Jr., Roy and Shaun; 7 great grandchildren; Joseph III, Antoinette, Lydia, Santino, Samantha, Alec and Sammy; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday, 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Thursday from 4-7PM, at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Dorothy was loved by all who knew her.
