Bonnie J. McCoy, LCSW, 57, of Liverpool, passed away on April 8, 2015 at Crouse Hospital following a massive stroke. She was born in Albany, the daughter of the late Arthur , Esq. and Doris Martin. Bonnie received her Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University and her Master’s of Social Work from Albany State University. She was Social Work Supervisor and Interim Director at Fulton County Mental Health in Gloversville, NY. She also worked many years for Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center. She was predeceased by her parents and her sisters; Phoebe and Sydney.

Surviving are her husband, Timothy Star McCoy, her sister, Dawn Marmor, 3 nieces; Rebecca, Sophie & Hannah Marmor, her special friend, Teri Hirst, step-son, Brent Burke, along with her 2 beloved kitties, Cubbie & Bailey.

Calling hours will be held on Sat. April 18th from 1-3pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
