Frances E. “Mom” Martin, 88, formerly of Alexandria Bay, passed away on Friday surrounded by family. She worked at GE for 18 years and then graduated from CCBI and then went on to work for Anaren for13 years. Frances was an officer of the VFW 3146 Women’s Auxillary. She enjoyed crafts, bowling, puzzles and spending time with family.

Frances was predeceased by her husband, Floyd, Sr.; daughters, Pamela Graff and Frances “Pudgie” Sampson, and ten siblings.

Frances is survived by children, Carolyn “Sis” (Tony) Cimino, Wanda (Terry) Keller, Floyd (Michelle) Martin, Jr., Edward (Sherry) Martin and Karen “The Baby”(Michael) Beller; ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three siblings, Audrey, Tiny and Bub; many nieces and nephews and her kitty cats, Sammy and Doc.

Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be Thursday 10AM at the funeral home with burial to follow in White Chapel Memory Gardens, Dewitt. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the New Sunnyside Adult Home, 7010 Collamer Rd., E. Syracuse, NY 13057.
