Phyllis A. Cummins, 75, of Mattydale, passed away on October 4, 2015.
She was born on May 13, 1940, in Oswego, New York to Milton and Verna Cummins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Francis, Isabel, Mary, Diane and Daniel.
Phyllis is survived by her loving companion, Grant; her sons, Richard (spouse Nora), Anthony Joseph and Kevin M. Cummins; daughter, Michelle Harris; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Edward Tallman, Duane, Richard, Norman, Joseph, and Charles Cummins; sisters, Esther Post, Dorathy Durffey, Norma Howard, and Barbara Tuft.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 12, 2015, from 4:00 pm. to 7:00 pm. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main Street, North Syracuse.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 7:00 pm.
