Mabel Louise (Grant) Bliss, 91, died November 25, 2015. She was a long-time resident of Lawdon Street, North Syracuse. She retired after 37 years with Carrier Corporation.
She is predeceased by her brother, William Grant; sister, Edna Harnden, and this June by her loving husband of 71 years, William Bliss, Jr.
She is survived by sons, William (Jean) of Williamston, SC; and Ronald (Denise) of Cicero; grandchildren, Kathleen (Thomas) Younginer of SC; Kimberly (Joseph) Rendino of Brewerton; and Sandra (Christopher) Graham of Liverpool; 7 great grandchildren who were her pride and joy and dear sister-in-law Helen Falge of Clay.
Calling hours will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse, with services to follow at 11:00 a.m.
The family expresses sincere appreciation to The Crossings, Minoa, who provided such excellent rehab and care over the last year and to the staff of Brookdale Senior Living, Liverpool, for their care and concern during her residency.
