Mary Jean (O’Hare) Woods, 84, of N. Syracuse, passed away
Tuesday.
She was born June 14, 1930 in Ogdensburg to the late Michael and Pauline (McDonald) O’Hare.
She was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Barnes; brother, Richard J. O’Hare and 1 grandchild, Kayla.
Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Melvin V. Woods; her children, Paula (late Jack) Bachman, Timothy Woods, Maureen (Joseph) Worth, JoAnne Kvapil, Karen Ewald and Jennifer Smith; 7 grandchildren, Bryan, Matthew, Steven, Stephanie, Erika, Donovan and Emily and her nephew, Michael King.
Calling hours will be 1-4pm on Sunday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Mass will be 11:30am on Monday at St. Margaret’s Church, Mattydale. Burial at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Margaret’s Church.
