Matthew Broderick, age 34, of Syracuse, NY and formerly of Aurora, NY, died on January 24th after a brief illness. Matt was a chef at Julie’s Place in Syracuse.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Jo Ann Broderick of Northampton, PA and King Ferry, NY; sister and brother-in-law Elizabeth and Jamie Dening of Syracuse, NY; step-sisters, Jaymee Kramer of Pittsford, NY and Laura Lind of Aurora, IN; step-brother and sister-in-law David and Christel Ilges of Stokesdale, NC; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Monday Feb. 2nd 5:30-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A celebration of life will follow at 7PM. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Foundation of Central New York (www.hospicecny.org) 990 Seventh North St., Liverpool, NY 13088.
