Lisa A Fortino-Donati, 56, of Syracuse, New York, passed away October 2, 2017.

She was born on February 13, 1961 in Syracuse, NY. Lisa loved spending time with her grandson as well as her family and friends, her beloved cat Denny, camping, cooking and enjoyed playing softball and a good game of pitch.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Cynthia Fortino, mother, Velma Fortino, father, Michael J Fortino, Sr.

Surviving family includes, her longtime and loving partner, Thomas Jones, daughters, Jacki Grabowski and Cynthia (Michael Haskins) Donati and grandson, Brayden Haskins her Bubba, twin sister, Susan Fortino, brothers, William Fortino, Michael J Fortino, Jr., Richard Fortino, and Robert Fortino, numerous nieces and nephews,.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main Street, North Syracuse, New York. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the funeral home.
