Clara E Frase, 87, of North Syracuse, passed away November 2, 2017.
Clara was born in Syracuse, New York on December 21, 1929 to Frederick and Marie Kobus.

Clara retired from Emkay Candle Company. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and children, crocheting, and word search puzzles.
Clara was a member of the ASPCA.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard J. Frase; parents Frederick W. Sr. and Marie Kobus; brothers Henry, Frederick, Ernest, August, Walter, Herman, Alfred, William, and Kenneth; sisters Margret, and Martha.

She is survived by three daughters, Rosemarie Beare of Glen Burnie, MD, Gail (Kenneth) LaDuke III of Cicero, and Dawn (Steven) Burdick of Central Square; a son, John Frase; 9 grandchildren, Joseph, Clifford (Kirsten Best) Beare, and Linda (Greg) Sim, Michelle, Kenneth IV (Alexa'), Shane LaDuke; Kristin (Adam) Vogel, Kyle Burdick, Charles Frase; great-grandchildren, Evelyn Sim, Kinsley and Kaiden LaDuke, Lexi and Tyler Vogel; and several nieces and nephews.


Family and friends may call on Monday, from 5-7 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St. N. Syracuse, NY 13212, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:30am.

Interment at White Chapel Memory Gardens, Dewitt.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA.
