Henry (Bud) Francoeur, passed away peacefully Friday at home. A resident of Cicero, NY originally from Ontario Canada. He was a loving Step-father and grandfather.

He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force for 10 Years and was a self- employed Manufacturing Sales Rep.

He was predeceased by his mother, Ursula Morin and father, Abraham Francoeur; two sisters, Cecile Bradley and Jean Foubert.

He is survived by his loving Fiancé Diane Carter; 3 Step Daughters Kim Carter (Teresa Sgroi), Pam Nakhle (Basam), Wendy Reome (Cory); eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Theresa Bolton, Madeline Millward; several nieces and Nephews.

He was a strong, quiet man who loved his family deeply and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 1 – 4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
