Otto Burdette Church, 85, of Syracuse, passed away June 9, 2018. Otto was born in Addison, New York on December 10, 1932 to Casson and Hazel Church.

A retiree of the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict, Otto retired from Dalrymple Construction Companies after 38 years. He played drums in numerous country bands across the Elmira region. He was an avid NY Giants, NY Rangers and Syracuse Orange fan. In his free time, he enjoyed working on his yard and spending time with his partner in crime, Helen and canine companion, Jade.

He was preceded in death by Mother, Hazel Church; Father, Casson Church; Wife, Shirley Church; Two Daughters, Diane and Donna; Son, Burdette and Sisters, Jean and Gerry, Brothers, Don, Basil, Dick and Bill.

He is survived by his Two Sons, Douglas Church, Scott Church; Two Daughters, Donna Church and Val Church; Partner in crime, Helen Farrell; as well as his several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
