She was born in Brookville, PA to the late James and Helen Slagle.
Carol loved golfing, boating, Pet Therapy and her dogs; Jack and J.W.. She was instrumental in the start up of The Specialty Surgery Center of CNY.
She is survived by her spouse; Felicia, siblings; Hazel and Pam, several nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
Calling hours will take place on Friday, September 14th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, N. Syracuse. Funeral Service will follow at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA and PAWS of CNY.
