Shirley was born in Newark, New Jersey on December 21, 1932 to the late Cleon and Anna Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Hullings Sr.; and a brother, Richard Anderson.
She is survived by her four daughters, Virginia Hullings, Patricia (Rex) Howe, Sandy (Mark) Torbitt, Terri (John) Nolan; a son, William (Roberta) Hullings Jr.; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Michael Anderson, William Anderson, Ronald Anderson, and Roger Anderson; a sister, Diane Steward; and many nieces, and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse, with services to follow. Interment will be made at Prattsburgh Rural Cemetery 11AM, Thursday, October 18, 2018. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
