A U.S. Army veteran, who served in Korea, William retired from Lipe Rollaway Corporation. He was an avid bowler and loved spending time with grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Kalar.
He is survived by his Daughters, Nancy (David) Cumber and Lori McGill; Sisters, Betty LaVoie and Eastel Hansen; 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will take place Tuesday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial to follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Red Cross.
