Victor was born in Rochester, New York on August 5, 1948 to Rex and Eloise Rocine.
He worked as a Management Consultant, working in both USA and Canada. In his free time, he enjoyed jazz music, arts and travel. Victor was a generous man, and will be missed by many.
He is survived by his Wife of 10 years, Laima Rocine; Children from his first marriage, Brett, Simone and Nils.
Calling hours will be held on January 12, 2019 from 10-11 AM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home.
