Jan Marie Minney, 55, of Syracuse, passed away February 14, 2019. Jan was born in Syracuse, New York on November 9, 1963.
She owned and operated Jan's Addiction in Downtown Syracuse. She worked in retail fashion and jewelry her whole life starting at Flahs to Saks off Fifth. Her happy place was in a chair looking at the sunset with a cocktail.
Jan was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Seville; father, Stanley Kurzepa; step-father, Albert Kluczynski.
She is survived by her son, Jonathan Minney; a brother, Tom (Susan) Kurzepa; two sisters, Sarah Meagher and Jaqueline (Neil ) VanDoren; the father of her son, Will Minney; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Forever young.
