He retired from the Syracuse Police Department after over 20 years of service. Lewis was active as a coach in the Jordan-Elbridge community.
He was predeceased by his father, Louis Brunelle; sister, Eleanor Corbin and brother-in-law, Jack Corbin.
Lewis is survived by his children, Christian (Beth) and three others; grandchildren including, Hunter, Evan, Grayson, Landen and nine others; mother, Bernice; sister, Patricia Guyette; brothers, Donnie, Edwin and Richard and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held for family and close friends on Monday, March 4th 12-2pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals with a service to follow at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Roswell Cancer Institute.
