Carleen was born in Syracuse, New York on December 3, 1938 to the late Carl and Betty Moore.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harvey L. Calkins.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Windhausen, Colleen Calkins; and a son, Harvey (Joyce) Calkins Jr.; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in the spring.
