Paul Jeffrey Scharoun-DeForge, husband of Kris Scharoun-DeForge passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019.
Paul and Kris have been married for twenty-five wonderful years. This special couple are the first in the United States, both with Down Syndrome, to reach their silver wedding anniversary.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Kris; his parents, Lorraine and Francis DeForge; his brothers and sisters, Peter, Sue, Andy, Jerry, Patty, Amy and Amanda; and in-laws, the extended Scharoun Family.
There will be a memorial mass on Saturday April 6th 11am at Immaculate Heart of Mary, 425 Beechwood Ave, Liverpool.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to OARC at 600 Wilbur Ave, Syracuse 13204, where Paul was a proud employee for many years.
