Mark A. Goodson, 59, of Syracuse passed away on Sunday at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mark was born on July 14, 1959 in Syracuse, the son of the late Clarence and Margaret Goodson. Mark served in the US Army and retired from Specialty Welding & Fabricating in Syracuse. Mark enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors and most of all spending time with family and friends.

Mark is survived by his loving wife Roxanne of 38 years, daughters, Jessica (Nick) Salerno, Alona Goodson, sons, Jerimie (Ashley) Goodson, Jacob Goodson, 3 grandchildren, Matthew, Marky, Miles, brothers, Phil (Maria) Goodson, Bill (Mary Lou) Goodson, sister, Cindy Goodson, along with many nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by his brothers; Richard & Fred Goodson.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services at 7pm.
