Born on January 9, 1928 to the late Walter and Monica Podejko.
He was a truck driver for many years. Walter loved traveling, hunting, fishing and Walter A.K.A. “Peaches” was loved by everyone.
He is survived by his children, Donald (Stephanie) Podejko and Richard (Carolyn) Podejko; grandchildren, Donald Podejko and Lisa Podejko; great-granchildren, Brooke, Austin and Kiara.
Predeceased by his wife, Grace in 1997.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse on Thursday, July 11th from 4-7pm. Funeral Service will held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, Friday, July 12th, 10am.
Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse.
