Robert C. “Bobby” Milazzo, 68, of Syracuse, passed away on Thursday at Central Park Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Syracuse on December 3, 1950 son of Fortunato and Margaret Milazzo. He served in the US Marine Corps. and retired from Syracuse DPW after 41 years. Bobby was very simple and adored his cat, Lena. He also liked to sit outside on the porch and watch old war movies.
Robert is survived by his companion, Wanieta Moncrief, sister-in-law, Lorraine Milazzo, nieces, Toni (Lawrence) Doupe, Diane (Leonard) Meeks, nephews,Frank (Nancy), David (Debbie) Milazzo, Joseph Milazzo, Edward Milazzo, Robert Milazzo, and Wanieta’s children; Elizabeth and Anthony, granddaughter McKayla.
He was predeceased by his nephew, Larry Milazzo, three Brothers, Neil, Lawrence and Joseph Milazzo.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-6 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
