James J. “Jim” Panarites, 68, of Chittenango passed away on Friday at The Grand in Rome. James was born on September 20, 1951 in Syracuse the son of the late John and Carol Panarites.
Jim served in the US Navy. He was a big Patriots Fan and a Boston Red Sox Fan. Jim was predeceased by his 2 step-sons; Thomas Lancette and David Lancette.
James is survived by his wife Linda, step-son, Dennis Lancette, step-granddaughter, Denise Lancette, brothers, George Panarites, Dean (Barb) Panarites, sister, Kathy LaRocca, 2 nieces, Alyx & Ava Panarites, along with several cousins.
Services to be held at Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery Tuesday December 10th at 10 AM with a gathering to be held later that night from 5-7 PM at Lakeshore Baptist Church at 6696 Lakeshore Rd Cicero, NY 13039. Feel free to bring a dish to share.
