He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Sandra; mother, Joan (Dexter) Vosbury; siblings, Linda Oswald, Larry (Kim) Witter, David (Erin) Vosbury, Vickey (Loren) Hoyt and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by his father, Lawrence Witter Sr.
