Antoinette M. “Toni” Cavaiola, 73, of Baldwinsville, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday. Antoinette was born on July 26, 1946 the daughter of the late Joseph and Jane Poplawski. Toni and her husband Albert, owned and operated Tailwaggers Grooming Gallery in Liverpool for over 30 years. Albert passed away on September 22, 2004. She was a longtime member of the Onondaga Kennel Association. Toni and her husband raised and showed Weimaraners for many years. She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family and friends.


Antoinette is survived by her children; Cheryl Luttinger, Todd (Nicole) Durham, Anthony (Nancy) Cavaiola, Therese (Tom) Williams, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister, Mary (Terry) Urquhart, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 11-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 North Main St., N. Syracuse, with services at 1pm. Entombment at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the SPCA.
