Christine D. Anderson, 61, of North Syracuse passed away with family by her side on Saturday morning.

Christine was born on May 6, 1958 to the late Laszlo Zsemblye and Theodora Morgan. Chris was an avid biker. She enjoyed spending summers on Seneca Lake where she hiked with her dogs and combed the beach for driftwood and beach glass. Chris was an active member of the Northminster Presbyterian Church, volunteering her time with their mission work. Christine earned a Bachelors degree in Communications from SUNY Oswego and was currently employed by CNY Central TV as a marketing associate.

She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 23 years, Peter; her brother, Laszlo Zsemlye; nephew, Cole Zsemlye; lifelong friend, Liz Taggart; along with a large extended family and church family.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 25 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at Northminster Presbyterian Church, Buckley Rd, North Syracuse with a funeral service immediately following. A reception will commence in the fellowship hall following the services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Northminster Presbyterian Church.
