1932 - 2020

Ralph Joseph Manzare, 87, of North Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY to the late Lorenzo and Nancy (Cimino) Manzare. Ralph served in the US Army in the Korean Conflict. His special joy in life was being an artist, the NY Yankees and especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ralph was predeceased by a brother, Nicholas Manzare and his uncle, Joe Manzare.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Carmela (Lipari) Manzare; four children, Lawrence (Leigh), James (Maria), Lisa (Larry) Ogorchock and Joe (Diane); grandchildren, Joseph Jr. (Coco), Marissa (Richard) Krolewski, Jessica (Mike) Congilosi, Lindsay (Cole) Salo, Laura (Kyle) Rath, Jimmy (Kimberly), Larry (Lindsay) Ogorchock Jr., Rachael (Mel) Eiland, Elizabeth, Morgan (Sinjin), Samantha and Katie; great-grandchildren, Karol, Mychael, Wendy, Maren, CJ, Lena, Adaline, Juliana, Natalie, Luca, Arlo, Logan, Millie, Charlie and Wyatt.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Myositis Association 2000 Duke St. Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22314.

Special thanks to the staff at Sunnyside Care Center, especially Sam, Robin and Cole for their compassion, kindness and care during his stay.
