Jonathon Cosmo D'Eredita, Jr.
2000 - 2020

Jonathon Cosmo D'Eredita, 19, of East Syracuse, passed away February 12, 2020.

Jonathon was born in Syracuse, New York on May 2, 2000.

Jonathon began his love of sports with World Class Karate, where he competed in AAU Karate tournaments, eventually working his way up to a junior black belt. He was an avid sports player who enjoyed baseball and hockey. He loved attending the Syracuse Crunch where he was a season ticket holder, and the Yankees games with his friends and family.

In the warmer months, Jonathon could be found teaching his younger brother, Joseph, how to play basketball and baseball. The two also shared a love for swimming and video games. In his free time he enjoyed buying and trading sneakers, and most importantly Jonathon looked forward to get togethers with family and friends.

Jonathon was predeceased by his great-grandparents, Archie and Virginia D'Eredita, and Mildred and Arthur Graves; his Mimi, Nancy Graves; grandfather, Anthony Ligoci; aunt, Pamela Ligoci; and canine brother, Huggie D'Eredita.

He is survived by his Mom and Pa, Albert and Kathleen D'Eredita; his father, Jonathon C. D’Eredita Sr; great-grandparents, Gerald and Eileen Rolfe; brother, Joseph Nash; his canine sister, Bella D'Eredita; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
