Joan C. Desimone, 85, of North Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly March 30, 2020.

Joan was born in Syracuse, on October 4, 1934. She was a key part of the success of Desimone's Service, a well-known full service station.

Joan most enjoyed spending time with loved ones and those closest to her, gardening, baking and being with her fur baby Bailey.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Ernest; daughter, Sheryl; son, Scott and grandson Brandon.

Joan is survived by daughters, Sandi McFarland (Steve Jenks) & Debbie (Doug) Luke; son, Ernest (Cathi) Desimone; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Services and burial will be private.

There will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
