Francis “Frank” Thomas Keenan Jr., 77, of North Syracuse, passed away May 31, 2020.
Francis was born in Syracuse, New York on April 23, 1943 to the late Francis and Stella Keenan. Francis worked for Samuel Kosoff & Sons for 42 years. He is survived by his two daughters, Brenda Keenan Rodriguez, Erin Keenan,; a son, Jeffrey Keenan; and his grandchildren, Lauren Rodriguez, Marisa Rodriguez Pollinger, Morgan Keenan, and Jake Keenan.
There will be no services.
