Mrs. Armstrong was a resident of Cicero, New York. She was Protestant by faith. She worked for many years as an interpreter for the deaf for OCM Boces at Split Rock Elementary.
Mrs. Armstrong was preceded in death by her father and mother, and brother Gary Franklin Armstrong.
Mrs. Armstrong is survived by her sons, Timothy (Lisa) Clark of Burt, New York, Jeffrey (Amy) Clark of Liverpool, New York, and Joshua (Richelle) Clark of Freeport, Florida; her husband, Kent Armstrong of Grafton, Vermont; her sister Bonnie (Jack) Peters of Brockport, New York; her ex-husband, Wayne Clark of Elmira New York; eight grandchildren, Amber, Hailey, Elizabeth, Jordan, Matthew, Jaella, Raelin, and Jaxon; and three great-grandchildren, Maxson, Dominic, and Alessandra Nimetz.
Receiving of friends will be from 9:00 – 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals; 705 North Main street, Syracuse, New York 13212.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals.
Gathering size, within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements.
Masks are required, and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
A private Inurnment ceremony will take place at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Mount Albion Cemetery; 14925 Telegraph Road, Albion, New York 14411. The inurnment ceremony is open to family and close relatives only.
