Doreen Koch, 78, of Penn Yan, passed away September 15, 2020.

Doreen was born in Buffalo, New York on May 31, 1942 to the late Richard and Ida Fitzsimons.

A graduate of Nazareth Academy and Rochester Business Institute, Doreen spent her career as an executive secretary. Later, she and her husband owned and operated Lakeside Restaurant on Keuka Lake. In retirement, William and Doreen spent their time at their house on Seneca Lake.

In her free time, she was an avid cook, seamstress, gardener, reader and loved listening to music. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family.
She was predeceased by her Husband of 43 years, William R. Koch.

She is survived by her Daughters, Laura (Kenneth) Case-Brown Jennifer (Michael) Blowers; Stepchildren, Cheryl (Eric) McConnell, Scott (Sandy) Koch and Rebecca (Andrew) Zaref; Sister, Anne Ryan; 12 Grandchildren, Gavin and Kyle Case, Justin, Ryan and Avery Blowers, Lindsay (Kevin) Cudney, Alycia McConnell, Taylor and Mitch Koch, Dianna, Morgan and Sydney Zaref; 3 Great Grandchildren, Parker McConnell, William and James Cudney.
